CHEROKEE
The way to altered evironment:
In the past, the Cherokee villages must be built around the water in order to irrigation, the irrigation would flow through all house made sure every villager can access water to irrigate.
Relation with nearby tribe and European explorers:
The Cherokee had a good relationship with other nearby tribes. Cherokee is the one of Five Tribes known as civilized. In 1776, the Cherokee be urged to against American to help British, then more than fifty towns of Cherokee were destroyed, the survivors were alive without food and any life condition. They signed the first forced treaty of land cession. Some of those land which was some Cherokee lived for a long time, it made abruption of old chief and young warriors. The Cherokee were most willing to see the European establish school on their land. Despite the successes of those years, the Cherokee were happy to see those things took place. Overall, they had a good relationship with European.

LOCATION OF CHEROKEE:
Their territories of 1776 included which called Georgia, eastern Tennessee, western North and South Carolina now.
STYLE OF HOMES:
The size of home was depending of the size of village, and Cherokee had two different houses for summer and winter. The summer house was like a rectangle or square, the outside was covered by bark, wood or woven siding coated with earth and clay. The winter house was like a circular house, and it was smaller than the summer house, dome shaped was like a beehive, and it could keep warm in the winter.
Describe important products:
The Cherokee grew corn, squash, beans, pumpkin and tobacco. The women stored the enough crops made sure it could provide for two years.
Organization of government:
The Cherokee had two governments, one was white government which governed when the village was peaceful. The other one was red government which governed when the village started a war or be attacked. Every Cherokee towns had a council of assembly which contained all of the men and the women. They met in the largest building in the town, in this room weapon was not allow to take. The chief of the council had ability to persuade other, that was only power they got, it was quite different from some European, the king or the prince who had absolutely authority.
Culture of the tribe:
Women played an important role of government, they usually were the leader of the war, the women who fight in war or pretty had to be present at every council. The Cherokee regarded the native belief as a religion, but the European didn’t know about that, and they try to let them give up their traditional religion, some of Cherokee started to revolt, but some of them aspire to learn about Christianity and learn how to speak English. Nowadays, the Cherokee live in North Carolina most are Christian, but they still retain some of their traditional belief, use of plants for healing.
